Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $12 CAD on orders under $100, and free from $100. Express shipping is $20 CAD. Available options and final charges are shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and express 1–3 business days.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I change my delivery address?

Write to us right away with your order number. We can update it until the order is packed; after that it depends on the carrier.

My tracking hasn’t moved. What now?

If tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, or shows delivered and the parcel isn’t there, write to us with your order number. We take it up with the carrier.

Do I pay duties or taxes?

We ship within Canada. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
